End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the weavN software and hosted service, a product of innovai8, during its early-access period. By installing, connecting to, or using weavN you accept this EULA. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Licence grant

Subject to this EULA, innovai8 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use weavN to connect to the JIRA your organization controls, for your internal business use. The weavN source is additionally available under the licence in its GitHub repository; where that licence applies to the source, it governs the source.

Your credentials are never stored

weavN authenticates to JIRA with your own API token. Your token is not stored at rest. It passes through the gateway only to act as you against JIRA for the duration of your session, and is discarded when your session ends — it is never written to our database, logs, or backups. You are responsible for keeping your token confidential and for revoking it in Atlassian if it is exposed.

Your JIRA, your data

Your conversations are JIRA issues and comments in the JIRA your organization controls. That content remains yours and stays in your JIRA. weavN keeps only a per-workspace cache to make the client fast, plus the minimal account record described in the Privacy Policy (your email, your workspace subdomain, and sign-in activity) — nothing more.

Restrictions

• Don’t use weavN to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t resell or provide the hosted service to third parties except as the source-available licence permits.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the service’s security or metering.
• Respect your organization’s policies and your JIRA’s terms.

Licensing & seats

Each JIRA workspace includes a free tier of seats; beyond that a commercial licence applies. The free tier is capped; a commercial agreement lifts the cap and meters usage rather than interrupting service.

Early access; no warranty

weavN is provided during early access on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, innovai8’s liability arising out of or relating to weavN is limited, and innovai8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

This licence ends if you stop using weavN or breach this EULA. On termination your access ends; your data in your own JIRA is unaffected, and you may ask us to delete your account record.
